We are delighted to announce the launch of our new website! Read on to learn about the different sections and features.
To keep growing our mission of kindness, we built an entirely new website with everything in one place and a long list of exciting features.
Please note we are still loading content and the site has some advanced functionality, so if you experience any issues or notice errors, please let us know.
Here is a summary of all the different sections and what’s coming soon.
It’s all about the animals, and this is where you can see and learn about them! Most animals have a profile page with their story, like Boots. We are still adding profiles, so keep coming back for more.
Would you like to visit, volunteer or learn more about the sanctuary? This is the place to go. We have a new ticketing system for tours, events and helping hands volunteers. Learn about the sanctuary and our mission, how to get involved, meet the team and more.
Here you can find out about our community focused activities, including education, fundraising, campaigns and events. We have now built a platform for our advocacy campaigns within the website, and now you can donate directly to them. Keep an eye out for upcoming events where you can buy tickets online.
A must visit, this section has all our regular content updates in one hub. Visit the Edgar’s Mission blog and catch up on the latest updates and animal rescues. Visit the new and improved ‘Around the Sanctuary’ photo galleries. And last but not least introducing Edgar’s Mission TV, featuring all our videos for you to enjoy!
The Edgar’s Mission Kindness Shop is now built into our new website. This means everything is in one place and runs on the same system so our supporters have an improved experience and have a single Edgar’s Mission account with many benefits.
We have completely overhauled our donation system to offer you a better experience with options for everyone. We have also added some benefits to donating like exclusive content for donors and more. If you are an existing recurring donor and would like to transfer over to our new system, please get in touch.
Gifts of Kindness
This is the most flexible option where you can donate any amount you like as a one-off or recurring donation. You can also choose to the make the donation a gift or a tribute and if you would you like a postal pack just select the postal pack option.
Five Dollar Friday
This is a regular subscription option that gives you access to our Five Dollar Friday updates.
Best Buddies
Now if you sponsor an animal you will get access to exclusive updates on your sponsored animal. Simply login to the website, go to your Accounts page and you will see updates on your buddy.
To improve your experience, you will get access to your own Account which covers everything including shop and tour ticket purchases, donations, account management and more. Once you have donated or made a purchase you will be emailed your new account details.
This contains information and answers to all of your frequently asked questions, including visiting, volunteering, the website, the shop and much more.
And finally we also have a contact page with all the best ways to get in touch. If you have a specific question, please check the help centre first.

Alpaca My Bags!
